Hats are always being desirable. For people it can be a necessity as well and for some people it is used for accessory as well. From the year 1940s head wear began to use at that time, people buy head topper at that time, there were no fashion about which type of hat is used, and they use a flapper cloche which is very near to the head but did not cover your whole head. It looks very stylish and fabulous.
